January 21, 2008:
Happy New Year! 2007 was a crazy year for SHATW, and 2008 has started off to be in even crazier. We have shows booked pretty much every weekend until April. We are playing with some awesome bands soon; such as: Here I Come Falling (Rise Records), Bedlight For Blue Eyes (Trustkill), and Oceana (Rise Records). Also, in the middle of Febuary we are going on a mini tour with our bro's, The January Design. We've been writing some new material with plans to record in the summer. Other than that not much going on. Come hang out with us at show! Laters.

December 02, 2007:
We just got home from a last minute show in Hull, MA; I figured I'd give you an update on whats going on: We recently got a new drummer, Derek V, formely of DRIVE LIKE JULY (RIP). We've been playing shows every weekend, and they don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. In the past couple of months we've had some crazy shows including a show with THE CHARIOT in Worcester, it was insane, one of the best moments in 3 years of the band. We played with GREY TIDE (These dudes are awesome, check them out) in Vermont, and also OUR LAST NIGHT in Maine. As well as a bunch of local shows scattered around MA with A HERO NEXT DOOR, LAST CHANCE FOR AUTUMN, and ASTREA! We are currently writing some new material for our full length, we will most likely demo some songs early next year. We don't really have a direction of where we want to take our new songs, we are just experimenting at the moment. We have tons of shows lined up, so hopefully we will see you at one soon! Thats all for now, take care.

Thanks to everyone that came and went nuts and sang along, you guys made it one of our favorite shows ever! Always a good time with our friends in weymouth. Thanks to everyone who has bought the cd, we've heard a lot of postive feed back, and we are glad you are enjoying it. We love to hear what you think so feel free to leave us a comment on myspace and tell us what you think of the new record. We recently got sponsored by UNDER THE FLOORBOARDS CLOTHING (www.myspace.com/futfb). We have tons of shows lined up all across the state, so we hope you can come see hang out with us soon. We are playing a battle of the bands in Natick, MA, and if we win we get to open up for THE CHARIOT. So we need all of friends to come out and support us, this is a big deal for us! We are selling tickets; you can buy them from us, ticketmaster.com, or you can buy them on our online merch store (www.shatw.bigcartel.com), so if you can please come out to the show! Thats all for now, we are starting to write a couple new tunes, and we plan on playing as many shows as possible. So until next time... laters!

September 05, 2007:
Five months ago we started recording The Taste Of Decadence EP. Finally after countless hours in the studio, countless bowls of chips and salsa, thousands of miles traveled, 2nd degree sun burns, sleepless nights, countless amounts of money lost, fireworks, goats, van troubles in south carolina, bathing in public bathrooms, good times, good friends, and a shit load of alcohol: comes our latest masterpiece. A collection of five songs that is a testamant to the progression and ideals of SHATW. Since releasing our last album, we had played tons of shows all over the east coast, and met tons of new friends and bands. With all those experiences under our belts, we started writing what was going to be TToD EP. After several months of writing, and with the help of our friend, Jay Maas (Getaway Recordings), we brought five of our best songs to life for everyone to hear. Fans of our old CD will realize how far we have come from the opening track Kill Yourself, to the last strummed notes of the title track, The Taste Of Decadence. And to our new friends, I hope you enjoy our new release, we put our lives into it. This album is dedicated to the past year, and all the people that make this band possible. We hope everyone digs our new jams, and we hope you like listening to it as much as we do playing it. We hope to see everyone soon. To all of our friends: Thank you for everything. We love you.
